Floral designer sought for Skanderborg

Are you creative, experienced with flowers and love to create beautiful bouquets? Then you are the one we're looking for!

At EventForce we work closely with Salling Group and are responsible for flower arrangements in many Bilka and Føtex supermarkets across the country each week. We therefore seek a skilled and service-minded florist/flower arranger.

As a florist you will be an important part of the in-store experience. You arrange beautiful bouquets of fresh flowers, help customers find the right colours and nuances, and ensure good and personalized customer service.

About the job

In a typical week there are up to 11 hours distributed on Friday and Saturday

Friday 11:00–17:00

Saturday 11:00–16:00

During holidays such as Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Easter and Mother’s Day you are expected to work longer hours and more days.

You work independently at the bouquet station, but are also part of a larger team of florists across our locations. You will also be part of the store's strong camaraderie.

We are looking for someone who

Is trained as a floral designer/florist or has equivalent practical experience

Has a good sense of colors, shapes and aesthetics

Can speak with customers and help them find the right bouquet, color and solution

Has customer service experience

Can work independently and take responsibility for the bouquet department

Is reliable and flexible

The most important thing for us is that you know your craft and enjoy creating beautiful bouquets that customers want to buy.
