The Erikstrup Child Center is seeking 3 skilled pedagogues

Do you want to be a key adult at the Erikstrup Child Center? We are seeking 3 pedagogues at 37 hours to become part of our good colleague-team. We have social staffing norms and therefore funds to hire more pedagogues

We are seeking 1 competent pedagogue at 37 hours in our nursery group for children aged 0-3 years, as well as 2 competent pedagogues for our two kindergarten groups.

We are an integrated institution with 12 professional, quirky, humorous colleagues. At the moment we have 69 sweet children, distributed over two kindergarten groups and two nursery groups. Are you experienced or newly trained and passionate about the first approx. 2000 days of children's lives, then you have here an opportunity to play a central role in the task of building the pedagogical practice in a new team, with supervision and strong collaboration with the rest of the house. You may also choose to apply as a team, if you know you can contribute to a common good cooperation.

As a rule we collaborate across rooms and the building. We are curious by nature and develop through professional curiosity. We are a staff group that values a good working environment for both children and adults. We achieve this, among other things, by working purposefully, setting a clear pedagogical framework and, not least, a structured and recognizable everyday life.

Our child groups consist of a broad diversity and we emphasize the good relationship in the work with the children. We focus on an appreciative approach and the goals in the strengthened pedagogical curriculum. We work from an appreciative perspective, where the adult leads, beside and behind the child. In our daily practice we work from a resource-focused view where the entire pedagogy starts from what the child can do, and not what the child cannot do. We strive to work in smaller groups so that each staff member has an overview and can organize the work, so there is time for and with the children.

We are located in the center of St. Heddinge, where there is the possibility to take the train to Køge and Rødvig. We gladly use our shared municipal allotment garden and the nature area in the backyard. We have two cargo bikes we enjoy using in the local area.
