Preschool educator sought for a house in motion

So read on, because perhaps you are our new colleague at the Movement Kindergarten House from 1 December 2026 or as soon as possible.

With us, movement is not just something we do. It is something we are.

We believe that the body is an important path to learning, wellbeing, relationships and community. Therefore the joy of movement and pedagogical physical education fill much of our daily life.

We are looking for a pedagogue for the kindergarten who wants to be active together with the children. A colleague who is happy to jump in, tumble, explore, challenge and create opportunities for participation for all children.

You come to a house with many possibilities

We are a large house with many children, many staff and many different competencies. Here there are plenty of opportunities for sparring, development and cross-collaboration.

At the same time we are still a young house. We are not burdened by long traditions and "this is how we have always done it". Instead, we are constantly working to become wiser about our practice and to create the best conditions for the children.

For some it may sound like a challenge.

Salary and employment terms

Salary and employment terms will be in accordance with the applicable collective agreement. Final salary determination takes place after negotiations with the recognized professional organization based on qualifications, unless the position is covered by a pre-agreement which can form the basis for salary setting
