Then you might be the person we are looking for as our new bookkeeper at Škoda Nørresundby.

We are seeking an engaged and responsible colleague who will play a central role in our finance function. You will be an important part of daily operations and at the same time a close partner for management and colleagues across the business.

A ROLE WITH RESPONSIBILITY AND OVERVIEW

As a bookkeeper you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks within finance and accounting. You will among other things work with:

▪️ Daily bookkeeping and finance ▪️ Accounts payable and accounts receivable management ▪️ Bank reconciliations and payments ▪️ VAT reconciliation and VAT reporting ▪️ Monthly and annual closings ▪️ Payroll and personnel administration ▪️ Financial reports and key figures ▪️ Reconciliation of balance sheet items, inventory and other balance sheet items ▪️ Contact with the auditor ▪️ Ongoing optimization and streamlining of financial processes

You will have a varied daily life, where you work independently with your own areas of responsibility and have close contact with the rest of the organization.

▪️ Have experience from a similar position as a bookkeeper ▪️ Have a relevant financial education ▪️ Work in a structured and detail-oriented way ▪️ Are proficient with Excel and financial systems ▪️ Have an understanding of accounting from A-Z ▪️ Can work independently and take responsibility ▪️ Are good at collaborating across the organization ▪️ Naturally focus on creating an overview and ensuring that things add up
