You land in a larger crafts team where bricklayer work sits alongside carpentry, plumbing, earthworks and concrete. Tasks range from smaller service and repair to new builds, renovations and contracts. The customers are both private and commercial, so everyday life requires you to be able to talk properly with people and keep appointments. The positions are placed in and around Skanderborg, and the work can be alone, with a partner, in a duo or with an apprentice.

You get freedom with responsibility and are treated as a grown professional. People stay here, so you land in a team that knows each other. The company car is part of the package, and there must be room for it to be fun to go to work.

Salary: 190-230 DKK per hour

Everyday: Tiles, new builds, renovation and service

Your day-to-day

Day changes after the task: service and dampers require quick assessments, while new builds and renovations require the sequence to fit with other trades. You use the freedom to get control of the day's appointments, and you say if something doesn't fit together.

You will among other things work with

• Lay tiles in both residential and commercial
• Work on new builds where the bricklayer part must play with the rest of the site
• Renovate and repair masonry
• Resolve dampers and service tasks for customers
• Work together with a partner, duo or apprentice depending on the task

When a service task grows during the way, you take responsibility to report it properly. The point is simple: agreements must hold, and the work must be deliverable without half-measures.

We are looking for you who can check most boxes

You don't need to know everything. But you must be able to work independently and take responsibility for your appointments.

We imagine that you

• Have a driving license
• Have experience as a bricklayer, preferably at least 2 years
• Can work independently without dropping the dialogue with the team
• Are stable and show up as agreed
• Say when something doesn't add up

It's an advantage if you have tried both tiling, renovation, new build or service before. But the most important is that you take action and deliver proper work.
