Builder for SAWO in Tilst - only 15 minutes from Aarhus

Can you see a truck body build take shape from the first components to a solution that's ready for work? Then we need you in Tilst.

We are growing and looking for another assembler

Things are moving fast at SAWO in Tilst. Therefore we are looking for another skilled assembler for the workshop. You will be part of a team that builds and installs solutions for trucks, where quality, collaboration and good craftsmanship should be visible in the finished result.

You will have a varied workday with both independent tasks and close collaboration with your colleagues. We emphasize that you take responsibility for your work and are keen to find solutions when an assembly requires a little extra consideration.

Your tasks

Depending on your skills you will, among other things,

·                           build and mount equipment on trucks according to drawings and specifications

·                           adapt and assemble components so the solution fits the customer's needs

·                           work with mechanics, hydraulics and possibly electrical in connection with builds

·                           perform assembly, fitting and welding work

·                           test and quality assure the work before delivery

·                           collaborate with colleagues to complete the tasks safely and properly

From parts to finished solution

Plan → assembly → fitting → testing → delivery

With us not all tasks are the same. Some solutions follow a well-known recipe, while others require you to use both experience and ingenuity. You will have the opportunity to see your work become something concrete that the customer can use.

Is this you we are looking for?

You ideally have experience with assembling trucks or other technical assembly work. Perhaps you are a truck mechanic, blacksmith, fitter, assembler, or have gained your trade in another way. The most important thing is that you can convert technical understanding into good craftsmanship and want to be part of a growing workshop.

We also expect that you

·                           can work from drawings and have an eye for how parts fit together

·                           have practical experience with assembly, mechanics or hydraulics

·                           work carefully and take responsibility for quality and safety

·                           can solve tasks independently while also thriving on helping your colleagues

·                           are keen to learn about new products and methods

·                           A varied everyday life with assemblies you can be proud of
