You land in a larger painting team, where tasks range from smaller painting tasks to large painting contracts. Customers are private, commercial, public clients and contractors, so you meet different finish and delivery requirements. The work is in Odense and surroundings, and weekdays alternate between independent tasks and tasks where you work with a partner.

The role suits you who can take responsibility without needing someone looking over your shoulder all day. Agreements must hold, and the customer must be able to sense that there is control of the work. It is painting work where both tempo, surfaces and the final delivery matter.

What you get Salary: 185-195 DKK per hour

Everyday: Facade, new build and renovation

Your everyday Tasks are planned, so the sequence on site must fit with the customer and the other trades. You clarify the day's rhythm with the person you work with, or you take the initiative yourself when the task lies with you. When something changes, you say so well in advance, so delivery and agreements still hold.

You will, among other things, work with

• Maintain facades and external surfaces
• Paint on new builds where several trades must work together
• Tackling renovation tasks from preparation to finished surface
• Plaster and priming walls and ceilings
• Paint walls, ceilings, woodwork and other surfaces

Here it counts that you deliver proper painting work and keep your promises. There is room for facade, new build and renovation, so you must like switching gears without cutting corners.

We are looking for you who can check off most We do not expect that you have done it all before. But you must be able to see a task and start working.

• Have a driver's license
• Have at least 1 year of experience as a building painter
• Can work independently and together with a partner
• Show up reliably and keep your commitments
