To support the continued growth, the company wants to strengthen its analytical capacity with a Business Analyst who can drive the development of processes, tools and decision bases.

You will become a central sparring partner for both management and the organization and will have a role with significant influence on how the company works and evolves.

A role with responsibility, development and influence

You will be responsible for creating insights that support better decisions and stronger processes.

Your tasks will include, among others

• Analyze and process customer data
• Prepare benchmark analyses and pricing tools
• Further develop the company's analytics and benchmark models
• Contribute to the development and implementation of AI-based solutions
• Identify optimization potentials in processes and workflows
• Strengthen standardization, quality assurance and risk management
• Ensure follow-up on KPIs, measurement points and deadlines
• Contribute to lifting the company's analytical level further

We imagine that you

• Bring experience from the transport and logistics industry
• Have experience with analytics, business intelligence or similar functions
• Are an advanced user of Excel
• Have strong data skills and are comfortable with numbers
• Are interested in AI and digital tools
• Have an understanding of processes, standardization and quality
• Can keep an overview even when the pace is high
• Are good at collaborating across the organization

Experience from the transport, logistics or supply chain industry is an advantage but not essential. The most important is your analytical approach and your desire to deliver results.
