Business Controller

At Konica Minolta Denmark we are looking for a Business Controller who wishes to play a central role close to management and the business. You will be part of the Finance team and will be responsible for analyses, forecasting, reporting, controlling and the ongoing improvement of financial processes.

In Finance we work closely together to create overview, ensure quality and make complex numbers usable for the business. You will have a daily life with both fixed deadlines and varying tasks, where there is room to ask questions, share knowledge and challenge existing processes. Collaboration with colleagues and managers across the organization is a natural part of the role, and you will become part of a team that helps each other and takes joint responsibility to reach the goal safely.

Your most important tasks

• Analysis of revenue, profitability and business performance
• Budgeting, forecasting and follow-up on results
• Management reporting and decision support
• Participation in monthly and annual close
• Calculation of sales commissions
• Optimization and automation of financial processes
• Ensuring compliance, governance and data quality

We imagine that you

• Have a education in economics, finance, accounting or similar
• Have experience with controlling, financial analysis or business partnering
• Thrive on translating data into concrete recommendations
• Work in a structured way and take responsibility for quality and deadlines
• Proficient in Danish and English in writing and speaking
• Have experience with Excel and ERP systems. Experience with Power BI is an advantage
