Business Controller for Netcompany's Group Finance team: Copenhagen

Job Description

We are looking for a targeted Business Controller with strong motivation for the FP&A area for our Group Finance team. You are newly graduated or have 1-3 years of experience and will play a central role in ensuring timely and accurate management reporting as well as in-depth analyses of our business and financial KPIs. You will also be part of a dynamic team where cross-department collaboration and with various stakeholders is a natural part of everyday life.

Your responsibilities

You will become part of a well-functioning team where you have ample opportunity to spar and develop yourself together with your colleagues. You will work closely with the Head of Group FP&A and forecasting, where you will among other things have independent responsibility for parts of the financial monthly reporting to the directors who have global responsibility, including following up on our business areas and preparing presentations.

In addition to responsibility for your own areas, you will also have a broad touchpoint, where collaboration with the business's other Shared Service departments is a significant part of this. The position will give you a unique insight into the company's financial value drivers and an understanding of which financial parameters drive a business.

In the role of Business Controller we imagine that you will, among other things

• Conduct business analyses
• Comment on monthly reports for your areas
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the monthly reporting process
• Participate with your own areas of responsibility in the development of our system architecture
• Actively participate in the budgeting and forecasting process

About you

As a person you are motivated by working with both complex and operational tasks and you possess the ability to communicate across the organization. You have decisiveness and business understanding. You are a skilled analyst, and it is important that you are proactive and can develop the organization. In addition you have an eye for detail, are quality-oriented and take pride in delivering by agreed deadlines.

We envisage that you

• Are newly graduated, or at the start of your career within a Cand.Merc, e.g. Cand.Merc.Fir, Cand.Merc.Asc, Cand.Merc.Aef., or similar education
• Have experience with working in Excel, as well as processing large data sets
• You are proactive and contribute to improving and developing processes. At the same time you have an eye for detail and work in a structured manner
