About Lundgaard

Lundgaard is a chain with 9 women's shoe stores in Jutland – primarily East Jutland. We are known for our high service level, good quality and strong customer relationships. In Hornslet we are now seeking a store manager who can be the driving force behind an attractive and well-functioning store.

The role

As store manager you will be responsible for the daily operation of the store. You will be the front figure in the sales area and at the same time ensure that the store always presents itself inviting and inspiring. We are looking for a person who works in a structured, engaged and independent manner – and who thrives in a day-to-day where both customers and colleagues are in focus.

The working hours will fall within the following hours

• Monday-Thursday 10:00-17:30
• Friday 10:00-18:00
• Saturday 10:00-14:00

Your tasks will include

• Daily management of the store
• Motivate, develop and plan for the team
• Ensure a high level of service and a good customer experience
• Stock ordering, goods receipt and visual merchandising
• Responsibility for opening, closing and operating procedures
• Follow-up on sales figures and key metrics, as well as reporting to the retail manager
• Participation in selected purchases

We expect that you

• Have store experience – preferably in clothing and fashion or a similar position
• Can work independently and take responsibility
• Are strong in both sales, service and store operations
• Have a flair for fashion and can create an inspiring store environment
• Are an engaged leader who leads from the front and delivers good results
• Can see yourself in a small team where you are the front figure for customers
