Carelink Gruppen – Social & Familie serves municipalities nationwide with interventions including, among others, emergency placements, practical pedagogical support at home, contact supervision and family treatment.

About the job

We are seeking staff with experience in working with particularly vulnerable children, youths and adults. Your background is in the social, special educational or psychiatric field, and you thrive in relational work with citizens.

The work is diverse and adapted to the individual citizen and task. It mainly consists of

• 24-hour shifts
• 12-hour shifts
• Support contact tasks of varying scope

You will work either independently or together with a colleague depending on the complexity of the task. You will become part of a team and work closely with colleagues and the coordinator on the pedagogical effort that is tailored to the citizen's needs and the municipality's order.

Our initiatives include, among others, within

• Autism
• Crime and substance abuse
• Child and adolescent psychiatry as well as self-harm
• Neuropedagogy

You must be able to translate professional goals into concrete pedagogical actions and thrive in a daily life that can be variable. It is important that you can act independently and at the same time know when to involve sparring from your coordinator or manager.

Workplace and employment terms

The positions primarily include 24-hour shifts, 12-hour shifts and support contact tasks with varying hours. Working hours can fall in day, evening, night and weekend shifts depending on the task.

The positions are full-time on a permanent contract. Task types and working hours may vary depending on the citizen’s pathway.

• have experience with socially vulnerable children, youths and adults and their families/networks
• have a relevant social-, special educational or health-technical education
• can work independently and in a structured way and follow your tasks through to completion
• thrive in a team where the pace is high and we lift collectively
• are flexible, responsible and have a high degree of openness
• are mentally robust and can maintain calm and overview in pressured situations
• are strong in observation, documentation and journaling
• have a driver's license and own car
• have a clean criminal record and child protection clearance
