Carpenter for roofing work and renovation in Gadstrup

Do you want a good salary, a company car and a strong sense of team?

We need a carpenter for roofing work and renovation in Gadstrup.

You join a larger carpentry team, with work focused on commercial/industrial, renovation and contracting. The customers are professional builders and companies, so everyday work requires that agreements are kept and that other trades can move forward. Here, construction management and coordination are a natural part of the work, and you will be part of a setup with carpenters, masons and people around the projects.

You won’t have a solo run. You work in pairs or squads, and the tasks are solved together with people who know the rhythm on a construction site. The company car comes along, and the culture clearly points to wellbeing, employees’ welfare and a good social cohesion.

What you get Salary: 230-245 DKK per hour

Company car: Yes

Work area: Gadstrup and surroundings

Colleagues: About 75 employees

Collective agreement: Employed under the applicable collective agreement

Employment: Permanent employment - we are looking for people we can work with for many years. No short courses.

Daily work: Roofing, renovation and squads

Your everyday

The day is coordinated with the construction management, and you agree on the sequence on the site before work starts. When roofing and renovation fit in with other trades, it’s about making sure it’s clearly communicated so the task moves in the right direction.

You will, among other things, work with

• Working on renovation for commercial/industrial projects
• Handling roofing work as part of a squad or pair
• Coordinating sequence with construction management and other trades
• Carrying out carpentry work in subcontracting and main contracts
• Keeping agreements on the site and speaking up if something doesn’t add up

When something doesn’t add up on the site, it is addressed in dialogue before it grows into something bigger. It suits you if you prefer to solve things properly rather than push them on.

We’re looking for you who can tick most boxes

You don’t need to be an expert in every corner of the trade. But you must be able to stand behind what you deliver.

We imagine that you

• Have experience as a carpenter
• Can work in pairs and squads
• Are reliable and show up as agreed
• Can take the dialogue on the site if something changes
• Deliver nothing half-done

It’s advantageous if you have experience with roofing, renovation or commercial construction. But the most important is that you enjoy a daily life where things have to work together with other trades.
