We need an experienced carpenter for new builds, renovations and service in Svenstrup.

You will be part of a carpentry and joinery team of about 25 employees, where tasks range from small repairs to larger construction projects. The customers are both private and commercial, so you get a day-to-day where the tasks change without getting messy. The work area is around Svenstrup, Aalborg and the surroundings, and you work independently with a company car, but you can also have an apprentice on the assignments.

This is for you who have tried a bit of everything and want to use your experience properly. You get freedom with responsibility, but also a team around you where there is room for sparring when a task requires it. There is both classic carpentry work, renovation, service and tasks where the joinery part takes up more than on a normal construction site.

What you get Salary: 190-195 DKK per hour

Everyday: New builds, renovations, service and apprenticeship

Your everyday Tasks may be planned construction projects, renovations or smaller service tasks, and you get room to plan the day sensibly.

You drive out in the company car, and when you have an apprentice with you, it is you who sets the direction of the task. Some tasks require quick clarification, others require calm and proper finish.

You will, among other things, work with

• Building new on residential and commercial tasks
• Renovating and transforming from start to delivery
• Handling service and dampers for private and commercial
• Working with roof work, doors, windows and floors
• Using the joinery trade when the task requires custom measurements and neat finish

Here you fit in well if you can take responsibility without needing someone breathing down your neck all day. When something doesn’t add up, you speak up in time so the customer and the team know where the task stands.

We are looking for you who can check off most things You do not need to be an expert in every corner of the trade. But you must be able to stand by what you deliver.

We imagine that you

• Have at least 10 years of experience as a carpenter
• Have a driving license
• Can work independently and take responsibility for your appointments
• Are comfortable with having an apprentice on the task
• Can take on both new builds, renovations and service

It is advantageous if you have tried both service, dampers and larger construction projects before. But the most important thing is that you show up consistently and deliver proper work.
