You will land on an interdisciplinary team of about 35 employees, where carpentry work spans a wide range. There are both private projects, commercial construction, smaller carpentry tasks and larger turnkey projects. The work is around Skanderborg and the area around the town. People stay here, so you land in a team that knows each other.

You won't be working as a lone person at one corner. Tasks are typically in pairs or crews, so there's someone to brainstorm with when something needs to be solved properly. The company car is part of the package, and you get freedom with responsibility in everyday life.

Everyday: New builds, renovation and roofing in a crew

Your everyday Tasks are allocated according to the role you are in, and the order is agreed in the crew. Some days are about roofing, others about renovation or new builds. When something changes, you take it to the nearest colleague or construction manager, so the work can continue.

You will, among other things, be working with

• Working with new builds on homes and commercial properties
• Renovating and remodeling existing properties
• Carrying out roofing work from construction to completion
• Installing rafters, windows, doors and moldings
• Participating in larger turnkey projects and smaller carpentry tasks

The motto here is simple: It should be fun to go to work. It requires that agreements hold, that you show up reliably, and that you speak up if something doesn’t add up.

• Have a driving license
• Can work safely in pairs and crews
