Your everyday

The day is built around service and dampers, where you solve defined carpentry tasks in homes. You drive out yourself, assess the task on site and ensure the work is completed neatly, so the customer is not left with half-finished solutions. When you have an apprentice with you, you set the direction and show how the task should be tackled.

You will among other things work with

• Carry out dampers and service for private customers
• Resolve smaller carpentry tasks in homes
• Assess tasks on site and indicate if something needs to be clarified
• Take responsibility for the apprentice on the tasks you work on together
• Deliver the work properly and keep promises with the customer

When a task grows during the process, it is important that you report it in time. It counts that you work independently, but you don’t have to work completely alone if something needs to be discussed.

You don’t have to be able to do everything. But you must be able to work independently and take responsibility for your agreements.

We imagine that you

• Have a driver’s license
• Have experience as a carpenter and preferably at least 2 years in the trade
• Can drive out on your own and take responsibility with the customer
• Are good at working with an apprentice by your side
• Are punctual and speak up if something isn’t right

It is an advantage if you have worked with service and dampers before. But the most important thing is that you enjoy a daily life where you take control yourself.
