Carpenter for service and dampers in Glostrup

We are looking for a carpenter for dampers and service in Glostrup.

You will become part of a larger service business, where carpentry work is closely aligned with the customers' operations. The tasks range from retail and housing associations to commercial, insurance and framework agreements. The positions are in the area around Glostrup, and the setup is built for service tasks nationwide. There are fixed processes around the work, so commitments, progress and feedback don't drift.

The role suits you if you can take a task from start to delivery and still speak politely with people along the way. The company car comes with, and a driving license is necessary because the tasks are out at the customers' premises. You will be measured on whether the agreements are kept and that the customer receives a proper handover.

Everyday: Service, dampers and maintenance

Your everyday The day consists of planned service tasks, where you must be able to assess what needs to be solved now, and what should be reported further. You use the fixed processes to keep track of appointments, progress and feedback. When a task changes, you say so in time, so the customer is not left hanging.

You will among other things work with

• Handles dampers and service tasks
• Replaces windows and repairs doors
• Performs maintenance on smaller building tasks
• Handles insurance claims and rental apartments
• Installs kitchens and handles smaller renovations

Integrity is part of the way the work is done. That means you speak politely, deliver properly and say if something doesn't add up.

We imagine that you

• Have at least 3 years of experience as a carpenter
• Have a driving license
• Can take responsibility for service tasks at customers
• Are stable and show up as agreed
• Say if something doesn't add up

It's an advantage if you have experience with service and dampers before. But the most important is that you enjoy a daily routine where customers expect you to get things done correctly.
