We need a carpenter for service, new build and renovation in Skive.

You join a larger carpentry company, where the work mainly lies in commercial construction and contracts. There is both new build, renovation and service on the calendar, so the role requires a carpenter who can switch between site work and smaller tasks. The company works closely with suppliers, subcontractors and consultants, so you will be part of tasks where several trades must work together. The working area is Skive and surroundings.

You work alternately on your own and with a partner, depending on what the task requires. The company car makes everyday life easier when you have to move between sites and service tasks. Good camaraderie is a real part of the package, and social events are also organized outside working hours.

What you get Salary: 210-230 DKK per hour

Your everyday life The day's rhythm follows the task: new builds require progress, renovations require an overview, and dampers require that you can solve things properly the first time. On contract projects there are other trades around you, so the sequence matters, and you should speak up if something doesn’t add up.

You will, among other things, work with

• Working on new builds in commercial projects
• Renovating and remodeling existing commercial buildings
• Taking on dampers and smaller service tasks

When the day shifts from larger tasks to smaller service, it is your experience that must keep things on track. You get freedom, but there is also an expectation that the agreements hold.

We are looking for you who can tick most boxes You don’t need to be an expert in every corner of the trade. But you must be able to stand behind what you deliver.

We imagine that you

• Have at least 6 years of experience as a carpenter
• Have a driver's license
• Can work independently and keep your appointments
• Have experience with new builds, renovations or dampers
• Speak properly with both colleagues and other trades on site

It is an advantage if you have worked with both service and contracting before. But the most important is that you show up reliably and deliver something you can stand behind.
