You will become part of a carpentry team of about 15 employees, where everyday work ranges from renovations to service and dampers. The role offers freedom under responsibility, meaning you have room to solve things properly, but you still have people around you.

The role suits you who want variation without jumping between short assignments. A company car is part of the package, and the pay is 200-225 DKK per hour. In return, you must be able to get stuck in, show up as agreed and speak up if something doesn04t add up.

Everyday: Renovation, service and dampers

Your daily work In renovation tasks, the day is about getting the sequence right, so the work flows and the next tasks can proceed. Service and dampers require you to assess the task, solve the practicalities and clearly report back when something changes. Some days there are mostly small tasks, other days it is more cohesive carpentry work.

You will, among other things, work with

• Works on renovations and conversions
• Solves service tasks and dampers
• Installs windows and doors to measurements
• Performs roofing work and general carpentry
• Helps on tasks where work is done solo, with a partner and in teams

The motto here is simple: it should be fun to go to work. It requires that you show up reliably, take responsibility for your commitments and are respectful to those you work with.
