SCU seeks apprentice: Gastronomist with a specialization in smørrebrød/catering (catering apprentice)

We are looking for a catering apprentice for our canteen at SCU.

Do you have a passion for cooking? And do you dream of an apprenticeship where you get involved in all areas of the kitchen with production of food for buffets, sandwiches, bakery, salads, etc.? ABOUT THE JOB

As a catering apprentice with us you will experience all the functions in the kitchen. In addition we have a number of regular events over an academic year, which you will also be part of, e.g., gala party, graduation and open house. We do as much as possible from scratch using seasonal ingredients. You will also gain great experience in the world of baking. You will undergo 3 mandatory school placements.

We are 7 staff in the kitchen, including chefs and nutrition assistants, who are all ready to contribute to your education and learning with us.

Employment and pay follow the organizational agreement (Medst. 090-25) and the collective agreement (Medst. 021-026) between the Ministry of Taxation and 3F.
