Cook or Caterer sought for canteen in Kolding

Do you like cooking from scratch, and do you always go the extra mile to provide a great experience?

We are looking for an experienced cook or caterer for our canteen in Kolding, for 25-30 hours per week. The working hours are Monday to Friday in the time frame from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and can be further discussed at the job interview. In this canteen we prepare a daily lunch buffet and meeting service for 60 diners. Together with the team you must ensure that our guests get the day’s best experience and quality.

Your work area will alternate between the hot and cold kitchen, salads, baked goods and desserts, so we want you to have experience in handling all areas so that there can be rotation among colleagues in the kitchen.

In addition you will also work with e-smiley, setting up the buffet, preparing meeting service and, not least, daily cleaning. All of this in collaboration with your colleagues.

At SERWIZ we work purposefully with ecology, sustainability and reduction of food waste and CO2 in our kitchens.

Your profile

You may be trained as a caterer or chef, alternatively you have experience from the canteen industry or similar positions. It is important that you can collaborate in a fixed team, but at the same time be able to work and think independently and have an overview, and take professional pride. You are creative and innovative, take the initiative to get tasks done, and can create tasty results. In addition we want you to be engaged, flexible, take responsibility for tasks, and enjoy lifting as a team.
