Roskilde Festival Group is the nonprofit entity behind Roskilde Festival, GRASP and RFX – Roskilde Festival Experience.

We create cultural experiences, develop communities and translate knowledge, experience and resources into change throughout the year. We are about 90 employees and a large volunteer organization with around 30,000 volunteers.

As CFO you will be part of the executive management and responsible for ensuring robust, proactive and forward-looking financial management across Roskilde Festival, RFX and GRASP. You must ensure transparency and translate complexity into clear decisions about operations, investments, growth and disbursements.

You will have managerial responsibility for finance, digitalization, IT security, logistics and buildings. In the executive management and across the entire organization you should be an active business strategist and change agent who uses finance, data, AI and modern financial systems to strengthen decision-making, forecasts, risk management and commercial development.

We are seeking a modern CFO with solid financial expertise, strategic vision and an understanding of how commercial operations and a nonprofit purpose can support each other.

You are a clear and unifying leader who achieves results through others. You communicate clearly, work solution-oriented and always meet staff, volunteers, boards and partners with respect and curiosity. You can create followership in an organization with strong commitment and high ambitions.

About Roskilde Festival Group

Roskilde Festival Group is the umbrella term for the overall nonprofit entity that has emerged from the Roskilde Festival environment.

We create vibrant cultural experiences, explore new creative solutions and contribute knowledge and guidance with the aim of inspiring and promoting positive changes in the world.

We are based in the Musicon district in Roskilde, located halfway between the station and the festival site. Everyday life is characterized by flexibility, humor, dedication and cross-collaboration.
