About the job

CFO (Chief Financial Officer)

Would you like to be the CFO in a charitable organization with a strong culture brand, a notable year-round commercial operation and a clear purpose to create artistic, social, environmental and financial value? Are you motivated by the responsibility to further develop the financial and governance backbone in a both unique and complex organization? And do you master both commercial business operations and strict fund management? Then you should take a closer look at the position of CFO in Roskilde Festival Gruppen.

Roskilde Festival Gruppen is the charitable organization behind Roskilde Festival, Grasp and RFX – Roskilde Festival Experience. We create cultural experiences, develop communities and translate knowledge, experience and resources into change year-round. We have about 90 employees and a large volunteer organization with around 30,000 volunteers.

As CFO you will become part of the executive management and have responsibility for ensuring robust, proactive and forward-looking financial management across Roskilde Festival, RFX and Grasp. You must ensure transparency and translate complexity into clear decisions about operations, investments, growth and grants.

You will have managerial responsibility for finance, digitalization, IT security, logistics and buildings. In the management team and across the entire organization you must be an active business strategist and change agent who uses finance, data, AI and modern financial systems to strengthen decisions, forecasts, risk management and commercial development.

We are seeking a modern CFO with solid financial expertise, strategic outlook and an understanding of how commercial operations and charitable purpose can support each other.

You are a clear and inclusive leader who delivers results through others. You communicate clearly, work solution-oriented and always meet employees, volunteers, boards and partners with respect and curiosity. You can generate followership in an organization with strong engagement and high ambitions.

We look forward to hearing from you
