Driver wanted for staff shuttle between Allerød Station and Center Sandholm

Herning Bilen Specialruter A/S is seeking a skilled and reliable bus driver to drive the staff bus for the staff on the route between Allerød Station and Center Sandholm.

About the position

• Fixed route Allerød Station – Center Sandholm and return every weekday
• Shared shift according to a fixed timetable: Monday–Thursday at 7:15–9:25 and 15:20–18:00, Friday at 7:15–10:00 and 14:50–16:35
• Weekly working hours: between 14.5 and 24 hours, depending on how many days you wish to drive
• In addition to driving, you will be responsible for light tasks around the bus: emptying trash, cleaning, fueling and washing
• Driving a bus with at least 15 seats
• Salary and employment terms in accordance with the applicable collective agreement with 3F
• Workplace: Allerød / Center Sandholm (Birkerød)
• Job start: 1 December 2026 or as soon as possible

Flexibility

The shift can be shared with a colleague, so if you would rather drive e.g. 2–3 days a week or every other week, you are very welcome to contact us and hear about the possibilities.

Qualifications

We expect that you

• Have a valid bus driving license (category D) with an EU qualification certificate
• Have the right to perform professional passenger transportation
• Speak and understand Danish
• Are service-minded, friendly and courteous towards passengers
• Appear presentable and responsible
• Are flexible and happy to wait for staff from a delayed train
• Can pass the required security checks and are willing to sign a confidentiality declaration
• Are stable and punctual
