Facts about Supply Logistics - Medicine Transport

Medicine transport was established in 2015 and includes transport of medicines & drugs to Hospitals & patients in the North Jutland Region, distributed on 12 routes, served from Aalborg (11) and Thisted (1).

Responsibilities

The job primarily involves transport on 5 fixed routes in the Medicine Transport department. Working hours are strictly weekdays at 7.4 hours per day and the meeting times currently look as follows:

• Route 20: 07:00-14:24
• Route 21: 06:35-13:59
• Route 25: 07:00-14:24
• Route 26: 08:05-15:29
• Route 27: 05:45-13:09

The transports will start from the Central Warehouse in Hospital Town, with departures to recipients throughout the Region's area.

We expect that you

• Have driving license categories B & C (required)
• Have a valid driving license and mandatory driver training (EU Certificate)
• Have versatile experience as a driver, and the ability to operate several types of vehicles and driving tasks.
• Be reliable and robust both physically and mentally.
• Have a constructive- and positive approach, be service-minded and good at customer contact.
• Can work independently, be initiative-driven and maintain an overview.
• Be a pronounced orderly person, with a sense of structure and detail.
• Have good social skills

Additionally it is advantageous, but not required, if you have experience with transport of hazardous material, and possibly ADR certificate (article 1.3)
