Chefs and Sous-Chef for Petit Prix Randers

We are opening Petit Prix in Randers around December 1. It is a French bistro on Rådhusstræde, with space for about 170 guests and a completely new kitchen. Now we need people to stand in for it.

We are looking for a sous-chef and several cooks. Full-time is about 37 hours per week, and we also have room for part-time.

What you get

• You are involved from the start. The kitchen is built from the ground up together with our head of kitchen, Stephanie.
• At least 2 weekends off every 4 weeks. It is a promise, not a maybe.
• We close at 22 (22:30 Friday and Saturday), and everyone goes home at the same time.
• Staff meals every day, before we open.
• A French bistro with classic food, made properly. It is already running in Aarhus, so we know what we are doing.

Who we are looking for

• You are a trained cook, or you have solid experience from a busy kitchen.
• You take responsibility for your station and help the less experienced so they get better.
• You can keep the pace on a full Saturday without losing your mood.
• For the sous-chef position: You are the kitchen manager's deputy and can cover everything when she is not there.

Hours: Evenings every day and lunch on Friday and Saturday.

Start: Mid-November, where we prepare the kitchen for opening.
