• Support the child's development and well-being through a positive relationship with the child and with the child community, and set goals for the children's learning.
• Collaborate with many different parents and involve them in an equal partnership regarding the child's well-being and development.
• Inspire, be exploratory and contribute to a collaboration with colleagues, childminder educators and management, where we succeed together in the core task.
• Be capable of reflecting on your own practice and work with the strengthened curriculum and thereby with the educational learning environment. Pedagogical education is not a prerequisite, but you must have the willingness to learn, be exploratory and set goals for your work in collaboration with the day-care educator and colleagues.
• Can work independently in your own home, and at the same time be part of a larger professional learning community, and see yourself as part of the whole day care.

The work as a municipal childminder

• A childminder takes care of 4 children in their own home. There can in periods be a 5th child from another childminder during their absence. The childminder's home is approved for the purpose.
• The working hours are 48 hours a week. Compensation for the longer working time is in accordance with the collective agreement.
• The childminder plans the day so that the children get the best opportunities for development, well-being and learning through pedagogical activities in a close and homely environment.
• The childminder collaborates with colleagues in local pedagogical playrooms once a week.
• The childminder is attached to a childminder educator who guides, sparrs and supports the childminder for the benefit of the children's development.
• Pedagogical supervision is conducted by the childminder in the pedagogical learning environment and safety supervision is conducted.

Salary and employment terms are set in accordance with the applicable collective agreement.
