Church and cultural worker to strengthen the church's work in the parish

Church and culture officer sought for Vejstrup-Hejls-Taps PastorateWe are seeking an employee for a position as church and culture officer at the Vejstrup-Hejls-Taps pastorate with an average weekly working time of 21 hours.

The purpose of the position is to strengthen the church work in the parish, so the church becomes visible in contexts other than those that take place in the church's spaces.

Your tasksYour tasks will include, among others

• Mini-confirmands, participation in confirmation preparation, local church–school cooperation, planning and execution of baptism anniversary (5-year baptism children) and children's services (two per year), parish mornings, “nørkleklub” (craft club), parish excursion, home visits, as well as for the period before Christmas closures for kindergartens and participation in the Christmas closures, advertising on SoMe and updating the website.

About the workplace The Vejstrup – Hejls – Taps pastorate has about 2,400 inhabitants and there are 10 employees in the pastorate. As a workplace, the pastorate is characterized by a good collaborative climate, and that employees are involved in decision-making processes, and that their qualifications are strengthened and maintained through participation in courses and other professional meetings as well as through collaboration with colleagues.

We expectWe expect that you have a friendly and welcoming demeanor, and that you possess the professional competencies required by the tasks. In addition, a certain flexibility and the ability to work independently and take initiative are expected.

Practical information The appointment is with effect from 1 November 2026.

There is an obligation to perform service at other appointment authorities in the diocese in accordance with the agreements, which the parish council enters into or has entered into.

Salary and terms of employment Employment and remuneration are made in accordance with the applicable joint agreement between the Ministry of Finance and CO10, as well as the organizational agreement for church and culture officers, etc., and the related protocol entered into between the Ministry of Ecclesiastical Affairs and CO10. The position is covered by the applicable educational requirements for church and culture officers. If you do not already meet the educational requirement, the compulsory basic education must be completed within two years after the start of employment. See §§ 14 and 15 in Circular No. 10001 of 12/11 2019.

Current annual full-time salaries (current kroner)

Salary Group 1

(employees who do not yet meet the educational requirement)

• 350,435.40 kr. – 442,215.58 kr.

Salary Group 2

(employees who meet the educational requirement or have completed the basic education)

• 367,122.01 kr. – 500,621.27 kr.

In addition, an OK24 allowance of 3,654.10 kr. per year (current kroner) is paid.

Salary is determined within the relevant salary range. In addition, 18.4% pension contribution to CO10 pension in PFA is paid.

Note , the amounts stated apply to a full-time position. Salary and OK24 allowance are calculated pro rata according to the position's hourly rate. Final salary placement is agreed between the parish council and Kirkekultur.nu.
