Can you see opportunities in customers' conversations – and translate them into improvements in practice?

At Tryg we are seeking a Conversational Intelligence (CI) Training Consultant who can translate customer insights from Puzzel Conversational Intelligence into concrete actions that strengthen advisory, the customer experience and our business results. You will play a central role in identifying improvement opportunities and driving initiatives from the initial insight to implementation and follow-up. You will do this in close collaboration with managers, employees and relevant functions in Commercial Lines.

About the job | From insight to action

You translate insights from customer conversations into concrete improvements to advisory, the customer experience and the business results. This could include targeted training, better conversation guides or adjustments to workflows that reduce the need for repeated customer inquiries.

In close collaboration with managers and relevant functions you prioritise the initiatives, allocate responsibilities and ensure progress. You drive the process, follow up on the impact and, together with the managers, are responsible for ensuring that the improvements are implemented and anchored in their teams.

Your main areas of responsibility will be to

• Identify improvement opportunities in customer conversations and link them to the business goals.
• Translate insights into concrete actions together with managers, those responsible for training and other functions.
• Ensure progress through clear agreements on responsibilities, timelines and success criteria.
• Follow up on the impact on, for example, advisory quality, customer satisfaction and sales.
• Communicate insights and recommendations through dialogue, conversation examples and relevant reporting.
• Develop the use of Puzzel Conversational Intelligence and qualify the AI-generated insights, and ensure high quality in data, governance, user access and the ongoing operation of the platform.

You will be the liaison between the business, users and the Nordic product owners and have a key role in ensuring that the solution creates value across the organisation. The role combines analysis, collaboration and business development with a focus on creating value through data and insights.

• Have experience working data-driven and translating insights into concrete recommendations and improvements
• Have strong business understanding and ability to link data, customer insights and business goals
• Are able to support managers in making data-driven decisions through relevant sparring and analyses
• Are skilled in stakeholder management and thrive in collaboration with various stakeholders
• Have an eye for how new tools and ways of working create real value and are anchored in the business

You have experience with, for example, business development, customer insight, sales development or process improvement. It is an advantage if you have worked in the insurance industry or a customer-facing organization. Familiarity with Puzzel Conversational Intelligence is a plus, but not a requirement.
