About us

Establishment partner element Haderslev Barracks provides and develops the physical framework for the military operative units and the other authorities under the Ministry of Defence. It covers everything from maintenance of buildings and areas, sleeping quarters for the soldiers, desks for offices, meals in the canteens and cleaning.

About the position

As a cleaning assistant with us, you help to quality assure the operation and the cleaning service for our customers.

Your core tasks are

• Daily commercial cleaning of different premises, Insta800
• To plan and coordinate the daily cleaning
• To ensure the high quality toward the customer you are in daily contact with
• Washing of mops and cloths
• Ordering of cleaning agents, etc.
• To perform self-inspection

You will become part of a team of dedicated employees where we value good collaboration highly. We offer:

About you

It is advantageous if you have worked with cleaning before, but we will ensure you a thorough training. You speak, read and understand Danish.

Your colleagues value you for your constructive dialogue with your colleagues. In addition you have a good sense of humor, even when we are busy.

You are service-minded and flexible, and you are good at overseeing your tasks.

You have a valid category B driving license and a clean criminal record.

Employment terms

The employment is in accordance with the current Public Sector Collective Agreement between the Ministry of Finance and Public Employees Organizations – The State Sector (OAO-S collective agreement) and the Organizational Agreement for cleaning assistants, sanitary workers, skilled workers and certain vocational educated personnel in the state, etc. (3F).

Depending on your qualifications and competencies, there is a possibility for negotiating allowances. There is an employer-financed pension scheme attached to the position.

The workplace is in Haderslev.

As an employee within the Ministry of Defence area you are subject to certain special terms. You must, among other things, be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance throughout the employment.

As an employee you have a duty to render service outside the country, including units in international operations with the aim of participating in conflict prevention, peacekeeping, peacebuilding, humanitarian and other similar operations.
