About us

We have 28 establishment partner elements, which are spread across the Ministry of Defence’s service sites, where we must ensure a local presence as well as contact and proximity to the users.

Our cleaning team consists of 13 cleaning assistants who work closely together to ensure a local and good service to our users. Our tasks span a wide range but are primarily cleaning of classrooms, offices, sports areas, common areas, restrooms, and accommodation rooms.

About the position

You will get an exciting job in historic surroundings, while you help quality assure the operation and cleaning service for our customers.

Your core tasks are

• To perform the tasks and the customer’s wishes efficiently and professionally.
• To plan and coordinate the daily cleaning in collaboration with the team.
• To be visible in your team and to the customers.
• To ensure the high quality for the customers with whom you are in daily contact.
• To perform commercial cleaning in various premises. (Insta800)
• To perform self-inspection.

About you

It is desirable if you have worked with cleaning before, but we will ensure you thorough training. Besides, it is important that you speak, read, and understand Danish.

Your colleagues value you for your constructive dialogue with your colleagues. Furthermore, you have an ability to maintain a good atmosphere even when there is a lot to do.

You are service-minded and approachable, and you are good at overviewing your tasks.

You must hold a valid driving license for category B and maintain it throughout the employment process.

Employment terms

The employment is in accordance with the current Collective Agreement between the Ministry of Finance and Public Employees Organizations – The Civil Service (OAO-S Collective Agreement) and the Collective Agreement for cleaning assistants, sanitarians, skilled workers and certain vocational graduates in the state etc. (3F).

Depending on your qualifications and competencies, there is a possibility for negotiation of allowances. The position is associated with an employer-financed pension scheme.

The work location is in Oksbøl.

As an employee under the Ministry of Defence’s area you are subject to certain special terms. You must, among other things, be able to undergo security clearance and maintain the security clearance throughout your employment.

You as an employee are obliged to perform service outside the country, including at units in international operations with a view to participating in conflict prevention, peacekeeping, peacekeeping, humanitarian and other similar operations.

About the Establishment and Terrain Command

The Establishment and Terrain Command supports and services military and civilian authorities within the Ministry of Defence. Our task is to deliver and develop attractive physical frameworks that are necessary for their daily work.

We are building new, maintaining, operating canteens and cleaning service locations across the country.
