You land in a production where CNC-controlled turning and milling are the core of daily life. The parts are metal components for industry, and the requirements for precision, traceability and documentation are high. The work shifts between tasks you solve yourself, with a partner and as part of a team. Here, dialogue matters, because even the best machine cannot solve much without people who think along.

The role suits you who can take a machine setup seriously and still keep a cool head when the targets must be met correctly. You get a daily life close to the machines, where measurement, startup, maintenance and finishing are connected. The motto is simple: It should be fun to go to work.

What you get Salary: 200-250 DKK per hour

Work area: Aarhus and surroundings

Collective agreement: Employed under the applicable collective agreement

Employment: Permanent employment - we are looking for people we can work with for many years. No short courses.

Everyday: CNC, setup and quality control

Your everyday A typical task starts at the machine, where you set up, run startup and follow the workpiece until the targets fit. Along the way you use measurement and quality control to catch errors early, before the piece moves on in the production.

You will, among other things, be working with

• Set up machines and prepare for startup
• Measure workpieces and perform quality control along the way
• Maintain equipment and complete tasks properly
• Operate CNC machines for turning and milling
• Keep track of parts where precision and documentation matter

When a setup is tricky, it is better to take the dialogue early than to guess your way forward. This is the kind of production where precision and calm hands matter as much as speed.

We are looking for you who can check off most of the boxes You don't need to be an expert in every corner of the field. But you must be able to stand behind what you deliver.

We imagine that you

• Have at least 3 years of experience as a CNC operator
• Have a driver's license
• Have experience with CNC machines, setup or startup
• Can measure and inspect workpieces thoroughly
• Are stable and show up as agreed

It is an advantage if you have tried your hand at turning, milling or metrology. But the most important thing is that you work properly and say something if something does not add up.
