Your hands are on the machine and on the workpieces, not just on a screen. You set up, start up, measure and ensure that the production can run further without unnecessary stops. When something doesn't align, you flag it and get it corrected before the next step has the problem.

Everyday: CNC operation, setup and quality control

Your everyday The day revolves around the machine's flow: you prepare for start-up, follow the operation and monitor measurements along the way. When changing workpieces or materials, you help with setup and handling so the production continues correctly. At the end you complete the machine and task so the next step can proceed properly.

You will, among other things, work with

• Monitor CNC operation and respond when something deviates
• Set up machines and help with start-up
• Measure workpieces and perform quality control
• Change over production and handle materials
• Perform light maintenance and complete tasks properly

The most important is that you work calmly and precisely. Small errors in the measurements can be felt later in production, so you should be the type who would rather check once too often than once too little.

We imagine that you

• Have at least 2 years of experience as a CNC operator or with machine handling in production
• Can read measurements and work precisely
• Are comfortable with machine setup, start-up and changeover
• Take responsibility for quality before the workpiece moves on
• Show up reliably and speak up if something doesn't sound right

It is an advantage if you have worked with production flow, material handling or quality control before. But the most important is that you enjoy a daily routine where precision and stable operation matter.
