You land in a larger machine factory, where machining, construction and production are under the same roof. Work is done with steel, stainless steel and aluminum, and the parts range from simple components to more complex series. You switch between independent machine work and sparring with colleagues when a setup or measurement needs to be correct. People stay here, so you land in a team that knows each other.

Everyday: CNC, setup and quality control

Your everyday The day is about keeping the machines running, setting up, starting up and following production closely. When a series changes, you handle materials, setup/changeover and inspection so the next part moves on correctly. Maintenance and finishing are also part of the rhythm, so the machine is ready for the next task.

You will, among other things, work with

• Operation and monitoring of CNC machines
• Machine setup and start-up of new parts
• Measurement and quality control along the way
• Changeover and material handling
• Maintenance and finishing of production

When a measurement doesn’t add up, you stop and get it fixed before the part moves on. That’s how everyday life works when both startup, operation and finishing lie with people who take responsibility.

We are looking for you who can check most of it You don’t need to be an expert in every corner of the trade. But you must be able to stand for what you deliver.

We imagine that you

• Have a driver's license
• Have experience from CNC or production with machines
• Can measure up and inspect your own work
• Can work independently and take responsibility for your machine
• Show up reliably and say if something isn’t right
