Everyday: CNC, setup and monitoring

Your daily work The work is about getting the machines properly set up, started safely and followed during operation. When a batch changes, it is the setup and the first checks that determine whether the rest runs as it should. You work with CNC machines in a production where modern machining methods and traditional machine craftsmanship go hand in hand.

You will, among other things, work with

• Monitor operation of CNC machines
• Set up machines and start new tasks
• Operate CNC machines for turning and milling
• Inspect workpieces during processing
• Work with parts in steel, stainless steel, aluminum and plastic

When a setup doesn't work, it's important that you pause and report it. There is also automation in the production, so you should like that machines, robots and people have the flow to fit together.

We’re looking for you who can tick most boxes You don't have to be an expert in every corner of the field. But you must be able to stand behind what you deliver.

We imagine that you

• Have a driver's license
• Preferably have at least 1 year of experience from CNC or machine production
• Can work stably with setup, start-up and operation
• Are willing to turning, milling and measurement control
• Speak up if something is not right

It is advantageous if you have tried CAD-CAM, automation or high-volume production before. But the most important thing is that you show up consistently and take responsibility for the machine while it runs.
