Night shift - CNC operator in the turning department at Trelleborg Sealing Solutions

Do you have a flair for tech and a desire to work with industrial high-precision machines? For Trelleborg Sealing Solutions in Helsingør we are looking for several CNC operators for the turning department – is it you who should join the team?

You will become part of the turning department at Trelleborg Sealing Solutions, where customer-specific seals made of plastic materials – primarily PTFE – are produced. The department consists of experienced colleagues who work in fixed shifts with a focus on quality, collaboration and stable processes and workflows.

Your primary tasks will be

• Setting up and operating CNC turning machines
• Tool setup and adjustment of offsets and relevant parameters
• Quality control using manual measuring equipment
• Registration and documentation of quality checks

Programs are prepared in the programming department, with the possibility of close daily dialogue.

The machine fleet mainly consists of OKUMA and Hyundai turning machines with FANUC and Okuma control and some Siemens machines.

You can be skilled trades or unskilled and have varying amounts of experience – the most important thing is that you have technical understanding, CNC experience and take responsibility for the quality in your work.

• Night shift (4-day week): 22:35 – 07:05
