Sushi chef wanted at Co-Poke Sushi
Co-Poke Sushi is seeking a skilled and committed sushi chef for our restaurant at Christian Langes Plads 1, 2450 Copenhagen SV.
As a sushi chef, you will be an important part of our kitchen team and will help ensure that our guests receive sushi and other dishes of high quality.
Your main tasks will include
- Preparation of sushi, sashimi, maki and other Japanese-inspired dishes
- Preparation and handling of fish, rice, vegetables and other ingredients
- Ensuring high quality and consistent presentation of the dishes
- Maintaining good kitchen hygiene and food safety
- Cleaning and maintenance of the work area
- Collaboration with the other staff in the kitchen and restaurant
We expect that you
- Have experience with sushi or Asian cooking
- Work in a structured, efficient and responsible manner
- Have a focus on quality, hygiene and attention to detail
- Can work both independently and as part of a team
- Are flexible and have a positive attitude
