Construction painter for facade work and renovation in Odense

Are you a building painter and do you want façade work, renovation, and well-organized conditions?

Here you get permanent work in Odense with both private and commercial customers on the books.

You will become part of a larger painting team, where tasks range from smaller painting jobs to large painting contracts. Work is for both private individuals and businesses, and everyday life therefore requires that you can speak properly with many different types of customers. The vacancies are located in Odense and the surrounding area, and you switch between independent tasks and working with a partner, depending on what the job requires.

This is for you who enjoy painting work where façades, new builds and renovation take up more space than small single tasks. You will be responsible for delivering neat workmanship, and you must be able to keep track of your appointments along the way. The ambition is clear: the best in the industry.

What you get Salary: 185-195 DKK per hour

Work area: Odense and surroundings

Colleagues: About 50 employees

Collective agreement: Employed under the applicable collective agreement

Employment: Permanent employment - we are looking for people we can work with for many years. No short-term durations.

Everyday: Façade maintenance, new builds and renovations

Your everyday

The day is planned according to the concrete task, and you coordinate the sequence with the customer, the partner or the site. On façade tasks, it’s about preparing the substrate, working properly with the exterior surfaces, and ensuring a delivery that can withstand being looked at. When you are on renovation or new build, you must be able to keep pace without cutting corners.

You will among other things work with

• Working with facade maintenance on exterior surfaces
• Painting on new builds where finish and sequence must align
• Renovating existing surfaces inside and outside
• Spackling and priming walls and ceilings
• Painting woodwork, façades and eaves

The motto here is simple: The best in the industry.

If something doesn’t fit on site, you speak up in time so the arrangements hold, and the next trades can come in. That’s how everyday life works best when there are both customers, schedules and other trades around the task.

We’re looking for you who can check most boxes

You don’t need to be an expert in every corner of the trade. But you must be able to stand behind what you deliver.

We imagine that you

• Have a driving license
• Have experience as a building painter
• Can work independently and with a partner
• Are reliable and show up as agreed
• Will speak up if something isn’t right

It’s an advantage if you have tried façade maintenance, new builds or renovations before. But the most important is that you take responsibility for the task and deliver neat painting work.
