About Supervision and Advisory Øst

In the unit we have a strong professional community, where we collaborate, share knowledge and together develop our task resolution. Our unit is characterized by a good and close collegial cooperation both professionally and socially, with a focus on learning and development. We solve our tasks in close multidisciplinary collaboration with colleagues in our own unit and in the agency's other units.

In addition to supervision of treatment facilities we provide health-professional advisory to other authorities and health personnel regarding among other things reportable infectious diseases, environmental contamination, forensically, traffic medicine mm.

Your everyday life with us

As Department Doctor in Supervision and Advisory Øst you will have a varied workday, where you use your clinical experience and medical expertise in many different contexts.

The work gives you a broad insight into different specialties, treatment facilities and ways of organizing the health service.

In addition you will participate in handling the agency's medical fundamental tasks, including telephone shifts and forensic autopsies. These tasks are anchored in the Advisory and Preparedness section. If you have experience with health law, authorities' work and/or organizational tasks it is an advantage, but not a prerequisite. The crucial thing is that you are interested in the area and want to learn.

In addition we emphasize that you

  • Have experience with and interest in administrative case processing.
  • Have strong collaboration skills and thrive in an organization where decisions are made in consultation with leaders and colleagues with different professional backgrounds.
