ARE YOU OUR NEW LEADER OF THE COLD KITCHEN?

Do you have a handle on taste, quality and structure and would you like to take responsibility for our cold kitchen?

We are looking for an engaged and independent leader for the cold kitchen, who can take responsibility for daily production and at the same time lead our many events and tapas buffets.

You will become the person who has overall responsibility that the cold kitchen runs smoothly, from planning and production to plating and last details before the food leaves the door.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

You will, among other things, be responsible for

● The daily operation of the cold kitchen

● Planning and production of salads, cold cuts, cold dishes and other delicatessen products

● Production and preparation of our different tapas buffets for events

● Planning production based on the day's and week's orders

● Quality assurance and presentation

● Coordination with the rest of the kitchen

We imagine you have experience from, for example, delicatessen, catering, restaurant, canteen or another professional kitchen.

Monday – Friday

08:00 – 16:00

You thus get a fixed work week Monday to Friday and time off every weekend.
