Coolshops GoodsOut is looking for warehouse workers with plenty of energy for the year's wildest season

While the rest of the country lights the first Advent candle and cranks up Mariah Carey, we shift into top gear. Christmas is Coolshop's Super Bowl. Orders flood in in the thousands, wish lists become packages, and behind each one sits a customer waiting for their gift to arrive. It is our team that delivers Christmas. For that, we are looking for warehouse workers for our GoodsOut department, who don’t slow down when it gets tight — but speed up.

This is for you who get energy from speed, responsibility, and a team that pulls together. The position is temporary until December 22 — perfect if you’re currently looking for something concrete with pace.

No warehouse experience? Fine. The right mindset weighs heavier than the CV.

About the role

You will become part of GoodsOut — the team that makes sure goods leave the building correctly and on time. The department’s daily life revolves around:

• Picking: You locate and pick the items out on our 30,000 m² warehouse — the correct quantity, the right item, quickly and accurately. You are in motion all day and you keep track of the detail, even when things are busy.
• Packing: You pack and label the orders securely and get them ready for dispatch. Right item, right package, every time.
• Shipping: You support our automated sorting system and ensure that the packages are ready for the carriers so they reach customers on time.
• Community & team spirit: You make your colleagues look good, solve challenges together and grab problems when they arise — instead of leaving them to fester. The team wins together, and you are an active part of it.

It’s basically the same flow every day — and that’s the point. Routine is your friend: it makes you fast, sharp and precise. But volume explodes in peak season, so you must be able to maintain both pace and quality when there is the most work to do. That’s where the good ones show themselves.

Collaboration and team spirit matter a lot to us — but the team only works because each person takes responsibility. You are responsible for contributing to the community and for your own pace and your own performance. No one pushes you to start. You do it yourself.

Setup

Full-time, 37 hours per week on a rotating shift schedule

🌤 Day shift: 08:00–16:00

🌇 Evening shift: 16:00–24:00

🌙 Night shift: 00:00 – 08:00

📦 Weekend shifts are included in the rotation (Saturday and Sunday, e.g. 09:00–17:00)
