Customer Advisor for DA Barsel

Can you ’smile’ through the phone? At DA Barsel we are in an exciting time, as we are gaining many new corporate customers. Therefore we need you who can deliver competent customer advice of the highest quality, and make our parental leave scheme present and easy to understand for our members.

About the position As a customer adviser you will be responsible for providing the companies that contribute to DA Barsel with professional guidance and advice on the DA Barsel parental leave scheme. This means that you shall advise on the parental leave scheme from start to finish and deliver good and friendly service. Your tasks will primarily be to.

• advise our member companies by phone and email
• case-manage concrete inquiries
• ensure simple and efficient customer service

One of our most important tasks is to ensure a high quality of our case processing, so that all customers get a good experience and correct answers to their inquiries. You will therefore from day one participate in a thorough training and introductory program, so you learn all about DA Barsel, the underlying systems and workflows.

You will work in our customer service system, which is based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Business Central – and we hope you can contribute to the continued streamlining and development of our workflows.

About you We imagine that you come from a background such as a customer service employee or maternity case handler and are office trained or similar. As a colleague you are:

• a proactive and service-minded communicator who can meet customers at eye level both on the phone and in writing
• known for working in a structured way and can maintain an overview when it’s busy
• good at both working independently, and thriving with sharing knowledge and solving tasks as part of a team
• good with numbers and have a financial flair

It would be advantageous if you

• have experience from a similar position
• are an experienced user of Microsoft Office, including Excel
• have experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Business Central. About us D u becomes part of the Collective Agreement Funds, which have the task of administering collective-bargaining schemes for our member organisations and their more than 25,000 member companies. It concerns DA Barsel, DA/LO Development Fund, Kompetencefonde.dk and DA Holidays Guarantee.

We are 17 employees who work with servicing the member companies, financial management in the individual funds and digitisation of our schemes. We value knowledge sharing and helping each other when it gets tight.
