About what you will be part of

At NTG Air & Ocean you will become part of a strong customer service team, where you will be responsible for some of our largest customers and help to keep everyday life running smoothly – for them and for us. There is pace, but also room to take responsibility and find good solutions along the way.

You will be based at our headquarters in Hvidovre together with ca. 140 colleagues, where the tone is informal, collaboration is close, and decision-making is fast. Here we help each other and lift together.

Your primary tasks

You will have a varied day-to-day with, among other things, the following tasks

• Answering inquiries via phone and email (Zendesk)
• Support to customers regarding our booking portal and services
• Preparation of reports and KPI follow-up for major customers
• Proactive follow-up on shipments
• Updating fuel surcharges in our booking portal
• Optimization of internal processes and workflows
• Maintenance of SOPs

We imagine that you feel at home in the customer service field and know what it takes to create good customer experiences. At the same time we imagine that you have a minimum of 3 years' experience from the transport, logistics or shipping industry, where you have built a solid understanding of international transport solutions, shipment flow and customer handling.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment where efficient solutions are needed and value is created for customers every day.

You work independently and in a structured way and thrive in a role where many things are moving at once.

Overview comes naturally to you, and you are used to prioritizing to meet deadlines – even when pace is high.

At the same time you are helpful and service-minded and motivated by creating calm and flow for those you work with. You thrive in a role where you are the link between customers and suppliers, and where you are allowed to take responsibility and find your own way in the tasks.

You have a natural calm in your approach, think practically and solution-oriented and do not waste time over-analyzing – you get things done.

At the same time you take pride in delivering good customer service and in finding smart, simple solutions that make everyday life easier for both customers and colleagues.

You communicate effortlessly in both Danish and English – in writing as well as orally. Experience with Zendesk and/or Wallbee is an advantage, but not a requirement.
