Dentist for Greve Municipality's Dental Care

We are looking for a dentist who would like to join an engaged and professionally strong treatment team, where we together work to promote the dental health of children and young people.

To strengthen our dental professional capacity, we are seeking a new dentist colleague for our treatment team.

About us

Greve Municipality's Dental Care consists of 36 dedicated employees, including 5 dentists and 5 dental hygienists in the caries department. Our patient base is approx. 14,000 children and youths aged 0-21, and about 100 special dental care patients.

We are housed in a modern clinic building centrally located in Greve. We operate a total of 16 clinics, of which 11 are identically equipped caries clinics, which are continually maintained and updated. This gives us the best conditions to provide high-quality dental care while ensuring an attractive workplace.

The dental service has its own orthodontics department, which the caries department collaborates closely with. This provides good opportunities for interdisciplinary sparring and a coherent patient pathway.

About the position

As a dentist with us you will have a varied daily routine, primarily performing dental tasks for patients in the 0-21 age group, but you will also participate in tasks with our small group of special dental care patients. You will be assisted by skilled clinical assistants who work independently and with commitment.

You will be part of a multidisciplinary treatment team, where there is ample opportunity for daily professional sparring with experienced dentist and dental hygienist colleagues.

We want new employees to have a good start. Therefore we offer a thorough introduction program with support from both colleagues and the Dental Care's professional leader. This helps you quickly become familiar with our workflows, your new colleagues, and the professional system.

We work with the patient record system SolteqTand/Confirma and the radiography program Romexis.

It is not essential for us that you have many years of experience or have earned the right to work independently. But of course that can be an advantage. Terms of employment

The position is a permanent full-time role, 35 hours per week. As a rule you will work from 8:00 to 15:00, and occasional Thursdays 10:00-17:00.

If you can only work a limited number of days per week, it is important that you state in your application how many days you can work and which days of the week.

Salary and terms of employment are in accordance with the applicable collective agreement.

In connection with the employment, a criminal records and child protection clearance will be obtained in accordance with the applicable rules for employment in Greve Municipality.
