Motivate and inspire your customers every day

You are responsible for daily leadership, where you create momentum and good sales results together with your employees and colleagues. You are a passionate leader with professional experience in Fruit & Vegetables and are used to delivering a sales-ready department. In addition to taking part in practical tasks, it is you who:

• own, coordinate and develop the department's sales and earnings
• consistently offers an enticing and inviting department
• is at the forefront of the season's temptations
• has the responsibility that your goods are always 100 % in order
• shows the way in providing customers with professional service and advice

You readily take responsibility and set the direction with high spirits and big goals, so that both you and the department grow.

• You are a motivating leader with an empathetic and coaching approach to leadership
• You are a positive, results-oriented merchant and can maintain an overview in a busy daily life

• You will invest time in further education as needed – e.g., in Coop's management tools

• Be responsible for checking LOT numbers and product quality
• Reach budgets and targets together with your employees
