DO YOU HAVE CONTROL OVER WARRANTY CLAIMS AND THE DETAILS BEHIND THEM?

Do you have experience with warranty and claims handling in the automotive industry, and are you motivated by getting things right the first time?

We are looking for a warranty and claims administrator who can take responsibility for handling our warranty and claims cases from start to finish. You will be an important part of the aftermarket and play a central role in ensuring correct case processing, documentation, and follow-up.

YOUR TASKS

• Create and process warranty and claims cases
• Submit warranty claims to importers
• Check work orders and documentation
• Ensure correct photo, video and diagnostic reporting
• Follow up on missing documentation and rejected cases
• Keep track of deadlines and applicable warranty requirements
• Management and handling of claims shelves and claimed parts
• Keep track of dwell times on reclamation parts and ensure proper follow-up
• Prepare and ensure that documentation and claim parts are ready when a warranty review arrives
• Dialogue with workshop, importers and technical support
• Check warranty systems and open service campaigns
• Diverse administrative tasks in the aftersales/aftermarket department
