Are you looking for an active and versatile job where you every day help ensure the hospital's supply functions? Then we have a full-time vacancy in Supply and Logistics at OUH Svendborg Hospital.

You will be part of a dedicated team that each day ensures that goods and supplies are securely received from the receiving department and on to the hospital's departments.

The work is practical, varied and central to the hospital's daily operation. You will have an important role in ensuring that the clinical departments have the necessary goods available, so they can focus on their core task: the patients.

OUH Svendborg Hospital is facing exciting changes in connection with the General Plan, which will place new demands on the hospital's logistics and supply. Therefore we are looking for an employee who wants to help ensure stable daily operations and at the same time contribute to the continued development of the area with a focus on efficient workflows and future needs.

What does the job entail?

You will be primarily attached to the supply and logistics function with particular focus on receiving, ordering and restocking goods.

Your main tasks will include

• Receiving and handling and registering goods and packages.
• On-site placement and replenishment of goods via the BRIK system.
• Ordering goods based on BRIK system needs and records.
• Ensure order and structure in depot and supply areas.
• Collaboration with colleagues and hospital departments to ensure a stable supply.
• Ensure and develop effective workflows that support the economy.
• You should contribute to future-proofing the area in connection with the General Plan for Svendborg Hospital, so that layout, processes and logistics support the upcoming physical and organizational changes.

The BRIK system is built around Lean and 5S, where structure, order and continuous improvements are central principles.

You will receive a thorough introduction to the tasks and systems. At the same time you will gain insight into the department's other functions, and we expect you to be prepared to help where needed.
