We are looking for an earth and concrete worker for excavation work in Horsens.

You will become part of a larger utility routines, where facilities, cables, stormwater and wastewater must function for many people every day. The work is located around Horsens, and the tasks are about making earth, concrete and renovation come together on the sites. There are colleagues around you, but you also need to be able to roll up your sleeves when a task requires calm and an overview. Here the work can be serious without being heavy, because the motto is that it should be fun to go to work.

The role suits you if you like practical work on construction sites and with conduit/line tasks. The company car is part of the package, and a driver’s license is a requirement, because the tasks are located on sites. You will get fixed frameworks, orderly conditions and a daily life where there is a need for people who show up and get things done correctly.

Your everyday

The day is planned according to the concrete excavation, concrete and renovation tasks. You work with practical tasks around facilities and pipelines, where the order must make sense so the next part of the work can proceed. When something changes on site, you speak up in time instead of letting it grow bigger.

You will, among other things, work with

• Works with concrete tasks on facilities and pipeline projects
• Performs earth and excavation work at agreed sites
• Assists with renovation of facilities, surfaces and concrete
• Plans and adjusts terrain after the task
• Builds sub-base and re-establishes after excavation

The motto here is simple: It should be fun to go to work.

That does not mean the work is always easy. It means there should be room for integrity, clear agreements and a daily life where people want to come in.

We are looking for you who can tick most boxes

We do not expect that you have done it all before. But you should be able to see a task and get started.

We imagine that you

• Have a driver’s license
• Have experience with earth, concrete or excavation work
• Preferably around 2 years' experience in the field
• Show up reliably and speak up if something doesn’t feel right
• Can work safely around machinery, excavation and facilities

It is an advantage if you have experience with utilities, sewer or construction tasks before. But the most important is that you take responsibility for the work you deliver.
