As KKFO pedagogue at Sortedamskolen

• you become a co-creator in developing learning environments where all children can thrive, form themselves and develop
• you will engage in collaboration with your pedagogically trained colleagues and together develop new courses of action through reflection on practice
• in the spring you will help start a new class in the May program, which will be “your” own group of children, which you follow all the way to the 3rd grade in close collaboration with the transition pedagogue, kindergarten class leader and later class teachers
• you can inspire children around cooking, movement, sport, role-playing, workshop activities, excursions or whatever you are most passionate about
• you can help create opportunities to build traditions around making theater or circus with children, playing music and singing

You should work from a resource-oriented and affirming approach, where the underlying assumption is that all children need to feel seen and understood. You will work in a present, engaged manner and help create a good atmosphere in the group of colleagues and children.

You will become part of a good and trusting working environment where no one is left alone to solve the task. We are a small urban school with more cobblestones than concrete. We are a good distance from Fælledparken and 100 metres from the Lakes.

Employment terms

Salary and terms of employment are in accordance with the applicable collective agreement. The position has a working time of 32-37 hours per week. We would like you to start on the 1st of December or as soon as possible thereafter.
