About the job We are looking for a dedicated and professionally curious pedagogue or an experienced assistant with a desire to train, for our kindergarten in Maglemosen.

With us you become part of a day-care service where we believe that high pedagogical quality is created in collaboration. Therefore we work purposefully to create a common pedagogical direction across the entire house and in the Bøgebakken Area. This means that you do not stand alone with the pedagogical task, but become part of a professional community where we together develop our practice and create the best possible framework for the children.

About Børnehuset Maglemosen In Maglemosen, children's well-being, development, learning and participation opportunities are the focus of our work.

We place emphasis on present adults who are curious about the children’s perspectives and at the same time dare to take responsibility for creating clear and developing learning environments. We believe that children do the best they can, and that it is our responsibility as professionals to be inquisitive about how we design the frames around them.

At the same time, we do not want pedagogical development to happen in isolation. Therefore we work with a consistent and recognizable pedagogical direction across rooms, the house and the Bøgebakken Area. Terms of employment The position is in principle full-time and starts 1/12-26. Employment is in accordance with the applicable collective agreement.
